 Before the reception area could be moved temporarily into the East gallery, we had to de-install the Connick Stained Glass exhibit that had finished its run at the end of July. After the exhibit materials were removed, the exhibit furniture had to be returned to storage and the walls re-painted. A new floor plan was devised to accommodate the reception desk, copier, fax, printer, refrigerator/microwave (we are losing our kitchen during renovation), Historic Property survey files and atlases. Be sure to look for the “After” pictures on September 3!
